Supervisor Briefing
A sitting with the people who run the floor, walking through the written account so the findings do not die in an inbox.
The Supervisor Briefing is for after an account exists. We sit with team leaders, a stores clerk, and whoever commissioned the study, and we read the uncomfortable paragraphs out loud. The aim is that the people who unlock the cage in the morning hear the same sentences the manager heard.
It is not a public lecture and it is not a debate with the crew. If the crew should hear a version, that is a separate, shorter standing-up at the start of a shift, quoted on request.
Ninety minutes is enough for a single-crew account. Hospital or multi-shift sites may need two sittings. From $650 when we are already in town; a video briefing from the Canberra desk is the same fee without travel. Printed copies of the account, if you want them on the table, are charged at cost.
