Application Review
A shorter look at how one role or crew actually applies an issued kit on the job — which pieces come out, which stay boxed, and what gets substituted.
An Application Review is for when adoption is not really in doubt — the kit leaves stores — but the way it is applied still causes arguments. Stores say the kit is complete. The floor says two items are useless and one is missing in practice. The review watches one role for a day or two and writes the sequence of use.
It is not a substitute for a full adoption study. If half the lockers still hold unopened packs, start with the longer visit. If the pack is clearly in use and the quarrel is about method, this is the right length.
The visit includes a walk through the ordinary job, notes on substitution, and a short letter (usually six to ten pages) rather than a full account. The host still names which rooms we may enter. Photography of benches and kit layouts is only with permission and never includes faces.
From $1,400 in the ACT for a single day. A second day is quoted when the role spans a morning workshop and an afternoon call-out.
