Name the kit, the workplace, and a week. Two working days is the usual time to a reply from the desk. If the floor is already busy that month, say so early.

A named person replies within two working days. If the kit is already in stores and a crew is on shift, say so — that changes which week we can stand on the floor.
Do not send personnel files, medical details, or photographs of faces. A kit list, a stores layout, and the ordinary hours of the shift are enough to start a quote.
If telephone is easier, ring the number on this page during weekday hours. The person who answers can take the kit name and pass it to Maeve or Rowan.
